   All photographs remain the copyright of Amy Richardson Photography. Images may not be copied, altered, edited, or sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

2. PERSONAL USE

   Purchased digital images are licensed for personal use only. This includes downloading, printing and sharing photographs of yourself and your immediate family for non-commercial purposes.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING

   To protect the privacy of all families featured in these photographs, group photos must NOT be shared on social media, websites, messaging apps, or any public platform. Not all families may have provided consent for their images to be shared publicly.

   Parents and guardians are welcome to share photographs that feature only their own child/ren, provided the images are not altered beyond basic cropping.

4. SCREENSHOTS AND UNAUTHORISED COPYING

   Please do not screenshot, copy, reproduce, or distribute images from the gallery without purchasing the appropriate digital downloads. Image quality and copyright protection may be affected by unauthorised copying.

5. GALLERY ACCESS

   Gallery links and passwords are provided for the use of clients and authorised family members only. Please do not share gallery access details publicly.

6. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND REFUNDS

   Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered or downloaded.
